I was staying at one of my Couchsurfing friend’s place in Whitefield, Bangalore. I reached here too late so the next day I roam around the city nearby only…Places like the Indian Air Force area in North Bangalore, Koramangala, etc. I visited other Bengali friend’s places who stay in nearby, Priya and Sonali. So far from Kolkata to here, I rode almost 2900 km. So, the time was for a bit of relaxation. Why not, city life, the nightlife of Bangalore.
Wait wait, nothing as such :D. It was only some casual hangouts with friends. I stayed in Bangalore for 2 days, had to as so many friends :p to meet. From there my destination was Pondicherry.
Now I am pretty sure some of you have a big preference for beach site. But I don’t. Still, I add this destination in my itinerary or can say I had to. Why? well, can call it to work or maybe fate.
It’s roughly 313 km from Bangalore as per Google map. Again I start my journey in the morning and reached by afternoon. Just one stop for lunch was good enough. Guess what was the food in the table :p

Human tank full now next stop straight to Pondicherry. The highway was silky and smooth. Then alas, the route left the highway and took a bypass road, single lane :(. But after some time it was calm and cool, thanks to green nature, big trees, farming land, etc.

Roughly 2 pm I reached my destination Quite Healing Centre, Pondicherry. Another CouchSurfing host to stay there, named Antileno. He is an Aurvillian and this place also one of the properties of Auroville. Need not to mention, they are all very much nature favored.

After freshen up I helped myself with a self-tour to the beach. It was just next to the house and very much provoking, isn’t it? I had to agree the days in Pondicherry was best spent time in my South India Expedition. I spent almost 2 months here…can you believe it? Check some snaps…
Meet my companions in Pondicherry 😀

Can say these 2 months was worth giving these place and those days will remain with me for life. But it wasn’t the permanent destination. Miles to go yet. It was a halt. Make myself prepare for the next ride and explore my Incredible India. So let’s enter to my next chapter.
